Azziad Nasenya was born in Mumias, Kenya, on the 16th of June, 2000. She grew up in Nairobi and Kakamega and studied at the Central Primary School, Mumias, Cathsam School, Nairobi, and finally completed her primary education at the Lugulu Girls Boarding School.
Later, she headed to St. Cecilia Misikhu Girls High School, Misikhu, where she enrolled and completed her secondary school education in 2017. Azziad is known to have started acting and dancing from the tender age of 7 and also did so while in high school.
Currently, she is studying Mass Media at the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication.

Nasenya’s career has revolved around Theatre, TikTok, and Television. Although she started out making videos on TikTok in 2019 and got extremely popular in 2020.

Azziad performed many solid acts in high school and competed in the Kenyan Schools and Colleges Drama Festival. After completing her secondary education, she joined the Hearts of Art Theatre Group in Nairobi, Kenya, and had her first role in the play “Repair My Heart” in March 2018. She met her current manager Peter Kawa while playing for the group, where she had actively performed 7 plays between 2018 to 2019.
